Pre- Season Summer Conditioning 

Current Students Begins: May 2nd
 Incoming Freshman Begins: June 11th

When: Monday/Wednesday 4:30pm-5:30pm 

Where: Harbor weight room/pool

What to bring: Running shoes, Workout clothes, Practice Speedo, Goggle, and lots of water!
